Service warranty
The wear and tear of your computer will not become your problem as it comes with a 3-year service warranty. So, in the unlikely event that something should go wrong, simply bring it into the nearest repair centre and it will be fixed within 72 hours.

Is there insurance?
The package deal does not include insurance, but should you encounter any of the following problems during the loan repayment period Eduloan will assist free of charge as part of our after sales service:

1. THEFT: If the laptop is stolen, report it to the police. Call our contact centre with the case number. Depending on the investigation, your laptop may be replaced. 

2. DAMAGE: If your laptop is damaged, call the contact centre to find out where to drop it off. Our partners at Pinteq will either repair or replace it, if it meets certain conditions. 

Your quick start checklist
Please submit the following documents with your fully completed and signed application:

• Latest original payslip or a certified copy
• A certified copy of a South African Identity Document
• Latest month’s bank statement (or 3 months’ personal and business bank statements if self-employed) to prove that you are an account holder and in permanent employment
